1. Parties

GEX BASIC is provided by , reg. no. , ("we"). These terms apply between us and you as the account holder ("you").

2. The service

GEX BASIC shows calculated gamma exposure levels (GEX) and related market data in a web browser. The data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The service is an analysis tool and is not investment advice – see the disclaimer.

3. Account

You must be at least 18. Your account is personal and may not be shared. Keep your password secret. We may limit simultaneous logins and suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

4. Early access and price

During early access the service may be free. Before we start charging we will tell you by e-mail in good time; you then choose whether to subscribe. When payment applies, the subscription costs the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, including VAT, paid in advance per month or per year by card through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel any time under Account → Manage payment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Started periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). When you start a subscription you expressly ask for the service to start immediately and confirm that you know this affects the right of withdrawal. If you still withdraw within the period, you pay for the part of the service already provided, to the extent the law allows. [Lawyer: confirm classification as digital content/service and adjust.]

7. Permitted use

You may use the data for your own trading. You may not resell, publish, redistribute in real time or scrape it without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service is always available or error-free. Material changes to these terms are announced by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses from decisions you make based on the service, or for indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last three months. These limits do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. For material breaches the current period is not refunded.
